One of the best meals I’ve had this year in Taiwan!!! Every dish was perfectly cooked with well balanced flavors and beautifully plated. The environment is minimalistic and beautiful. The service is so friendly and top notch! I can’t wait to visit again! *NOTE: there’s a strict requirement that men can not wear shorts and phone be switched to silent when dining

Impressive dinner at Liberté, the clip is showing the cutting part of consommé in puff pastry crust aka French style “Buddha jumps over the wall”. Chef Takeda Kenji's French dishes with his Japanese roots and local Taiwanese creative twists. I can’t pick my most favorite dish because each one of them were so unique and delectable. This meal is definitely one of the reason to enjoy the time in Kaohsiung again.

This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Kaohsiung if not all of Taiwan. From beginning to end, every single plate was as delicious as it was beautiful. The staff was also very knowledgeable about every dish they put in front of you and articulate in explaining the course before you devour it. Awesome experience and can't wait to eat here again!
