We went around 1:30 PM this Sunday without reservation. Most seats are not available and luckily there is one spot for us. The staff is busy but still professional addressing customers among tables. It doesn't take much time for our meal to be served. The food in the buffet is satisfactory with quality. The selection of hotpot ingredients is not plenty but fresh and replenished in a timely manner. We enjoyed our time and recommended here.

Highly recommend the spicy miso, it’s slightly spicy and fragrant without being overpowering!
