We love their spicy steamed fish with chopped, pickled hot pepper(剁椒魚頭). Also recommended are tofu pot(豆腐煲)， quick fried Hunan rice noodle(湖南炒粉)，finger-licking shrimp/prawn(吮指蝦)，famers' casual dish(pork with hot pepper 農家小炒)，and quick-fried seasonal vegetable dishes (炒時蔬)。

Serving is slow! But the taste is very authentic! It's authentic Hunan cuisine. That's right.
