Da’an District, Taipei City｜TAKE FIVE

Came here to find the atmosphere like a small Italian bistro in Canada. The shop/restaurant was a combination of cold appetizers, hot pizza, entrees and some groceries that you will be so tempting to carry it all home. We ordered the burrito salad ,pizza with Parma ham and arugula, baked vegetables, oven baked chicken!!!! And a bottle of wine. If you come you must order the pizza and the 🐔!! The food was top notched! Service was very good and I feel like I’ve made it back to the Italian bistros in Canada 😍

Slightly confusing if you had the New York style delicatessen in mind. This is more like a casual Italian/French restaurant but with very delicate flavours. The menu changes from time to time, so sometimes your favs might get rotated out. Apart from dining in the restaurant has selections of specialty condiments, honeys or local packed rice to choose from. Ordered the squid ink risotto yesterday, which I had for so many times now. Still one of the best risottos I think in Taipei. Yummy!

First impression was that I love the decor. Lots of photo opportunities, couldn't resist. Ordered quite a few appetizers, grilled veg, salads, bamboo shoots, and they were all excellent, fresh ingredients, refreshing dressing, very appetizing 😋. The squid rissoto was delicious, rissoto was al dente, light tasting, and the squid was grilled perfectly! Service was great too! Prices maybe a bit on the high end, but worth it! They also sell some groceries!
