Xindian District, New Taipei City｜不一羊小羊肉

I tried their braised lamb ribs, stinky tofu with lamb, bibimbap-like with lamb and specialty lamb and all of them were really good and different between each other. I am not a lamb lover due to gameness but here is quite mild. To balance the flavors i tried their sauce which paired nicely, their noodles which pairs with every lamb dish enhancing the noodle flavors and their bamboo shoot which is good to reset your palate. Not only that you can sit next to the window and get an amazing landscape of the river. Overall I'm quite satisfied and come when i can.
