A very authentic Japanese restaurant located in Far Eastern Shangri-La Hotel Taipei! Ordered the beef hotpot lunch set menu! Overall food taste and quality is really good. Service by Rosy is amicable. Would really recommend this restaurant for Japanese food.

This is my first time trying Ibuki’s Teppan set menu What a nice dining environment! The food was amazing with a very good quality Had lovely and kind service from Gabby, Brian, Emma, Amy, Chloe❣️❣️ Also an amazing teppan experience from Chef Andy. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Excellent. Upscale, very refined, Japanese cuisine. Great service by a professionally trained staff. Restaurant has 2 sections: one for teppanyaki (very limited seating), other for a la cart dining.
