This is a genuine barbecue restaurant with a Hong Kong master. You can also enjoy fresh stir-fried vegetables and freshly cut barbecue at the airport. Their rice is also freshly cooked on the same day. The entire set meal is freshly made, and there are other options at various times. There are steamed buns with eggs for breakfast, and braised food in the afternoon. The flavor of Mak Kee's barbecued pork is different from that of other barbecue restaurants. In addition to the meat being tender and oily, the texture is also a bit red and stale. I would highly recommend it. However, because it emphasizes that it is authentic Hong Kong style, the food will tend to be on the salty side.
