Vietnamese bread is really crispy on the outside but not hard on the inside It has the flavor of coriander, and the meat is also very flavorful and tastes good, not too tough. You can still keep the crispy texture even if you don’t eat it immediately after you buy it. The boss lady said that prices will rise after the new year, and the prices of items will also increase, so you can remember to ask the shop lady about the price first. It seems that the board has not been updated yet.

The Vietnamese food in the alleys of Tianzhong became a customer once I tried it. The taste is addictive. The landlady and the boss are sincere and polite. They pay attention to the cleanliness of the environment. The Vietnamese bread has a lot of solid ingredients, good taste, crispy texture, and a variety of ingredients. The meat and fresh and delicious vegetables are refreshing and not greasy, plus the proprietress’s original sauce and chili, for 70 yuan a portion, it’s a great value! The Vietnamese cold noodles are mixed with mint and have a unique flavor that you won’t get tired of eating every time. It’s crowded during opening hours, but it’s worth the wait! Visited again on 111/6/4, Vietnamese bread has been increased to NT$90 per serving. The store's business is still very good, with a lot of ingredients and meat, and the sauce is a bit salty, so don't add too much, because there are only the owner and his wife, no other employees, so you have to wait before you can buy it! There are several chairs lined up for waiting guests to sit on.

It was a Saturday night and the lighting was not obvious, so I had to look at the map to find it. The store is very clean, and the proprietress insisted that the food must be eaten as a meal and cannot be chilled. We dine inside and eat on site. The spring rolls cost 30 yuan, they are fried just right, without any greasy smell, and contain shredded carrots and taro, which is super delicious. It is also served with lettuce, cucumber and pickled radish, making it a super rich dish. Vietnamese bread is filled with meat, and the sauce doesn't have a very obvious chemical taste. Although there is black pepper, the kids still say it tastes good! The bread is super crispy and delicious, but unlike the Vietnamese bread in Taichung, it does not have sugar added, which meets my expectations. Couldn't do half a strip, but I think it's worth it. Will try other noodles next time. Spring rolls are a must.
