there are many different 肉圓’s around ChangHua, the ones sold here I like the best. It's not as renowned the other places, yet locals seems to like it judging from the crowd. Not too much meat packed inside and not too thick of a skin. It doesn't feel greasy at all despite being deep fried. The sauce they put on top really makes it taste good.

The meatballs have a springy outer skin and bamboo shoot meat, which is fragrant and chewy. The bowl cake is tender and smooth. The vegetable soup is a must-have. The vegetable soup melts in your mouth and the bone soup is rich.
