The second spring afternoon tea in the back alley of Gaoshu Township was my first time to taste the boss’s craftsmanship. Since today is not a holiday, there are no people inside and many people taking out, so I choose to eat in a restaurant. The environment is elegant and quiet, less than a few square feet in area, and there is a small attic, which is really suitable for a place to chat over afternoon tea. When the meal is delivered to the table, the rich food exudes a charming appetite, and the coffee is even more fragrant with the flavor of charcoal, so the food is delicious and salty, and the clam soup with the nine-story pagoda is also fragrant. So full of happiness! Oh! By the way, the boss is a young boy who returned to his hometown to start a business. He is very kind to people!

Hidden in the alleys of Gaoshu Village, I ordered the mixed seafood red sauce baked pasta for the first time to see the master's skill. I didn't expect that the seasoning of the red sauce suited my taste, there were a lot of shrimps and clams, and the portion was generous. I didn't finish it. I ate it later when it cooled down, but it wasn't greasy at all.
