Bread & sauce, salad, and appetizers are amazingly exquisite. When serving the pig’s knuckles, I tasted the sauerkraut first as usual, and it turned out to be the sour taste that I hadn’t seen for a long time. It was sour enough but not choking. The pork skin Q is lean and tender, not greasy even though the amount is large, and the bone-breaking skill is first-class. Fried prawns with sea urchin is another must, delicious. The desserts are delicate, the ice cream is rich, the coffee is smooth, and the lady is attentive. All highlights from beginning to end, no minefields.
