Tamsui District, New Taipei City｜淡水領事館咖啡 Consulate

Used to dine in this restaurant frequently when I was teaching at Alethia University (真理大學）about 10 years ago. The service, cuisine and coffee are as good as before. With the river view whether in a weather like today (raining and foggy), or a hot sunny day in the summer (as I recalled), this is definitely a great place to meet up with friends and family members. People could enjoy a long afternoon catching up or simply chatting for good old time over a cup of descent latte and a piece delicious mango cheese cake 🍰!

The advantage is that you can stay the whole afternoon, read books and do homework, no one will disturb you
