Shilin District, Taipei City｜FirePlay Taipei

This is my 2nd visit and it's just as amazing as my last visit back in 2022. They do switch items on the menu from time to time, not by schedule but by inspiration. Staffs are friendly and professional, they do call you after you made the reservation to go over some details. I highly recommend to get the Sasso Chicken, it's simply out of this world. Lastly I'll say this, they're many high end restaurants in Taipei City, but none of them does it like FirePlay.

From booking a reservation for a big group of 8 to the actual dinning experience, the Fireplay team treated all their customers with the upmost care. The food is delicious and thoughtful as always. Thank you Chef Nick. This is my third time returning to the restaurant, and I look forward to my next visit.

2nd time here with the wife, but this time with more friends. Quality of the dishes, the flavors, the presentation and the service were all impeccable. And the wine pairing was spot on! Unassuming but superb spot. Shout out the Chef Nick for making the evening unforgettable. Deserves a Michelin star!
