Zhonghe District, New Taipei City｜The first fried chicken

The owners are so sweet and kind especially the older man. They’re so busy most of the time so the wait can range from ten minutes to even an hour. I recommend placing an order and coming back later to pick it up. Even when they’re busy, they never rush your food. I think the wait is well worth it because their food is so fresh and the perfect seasoning/crispiness. Also, many chicken stalls like these are extremely greasy and oily but this one is not. I go here a few times per week. Really recommend this place!

Even though fried places like this are abundant, this place fries them well. But because of this, they are extremely busy most of the time. Make sure to have enough time to wait for your orders.
