If you want to eat some delicious vietnamese dishes in Taipei, you can go to this adress. There are no english menu but you can show with the pictures which dish you want to order. It's really affordable (100 $ for chicken and salad noodles, 139$ for a pho). It's really tasty and the staff is super friendly. I recommend it !
