Guishan District, Taoyuan City｜ciao206 品味義大利

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Taiwan. They have the best Italian food you can find in Taoyuan (I lived there for 3 years). The owner and staff are very kind and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and homely. If you're an academic visiting Ming Chuan University (nearby) this is a lovely place to have lunch or dinner, it's approx. 5-10 minute walk downhill from the campus and is nearby a bus stop. I've eaten here more than 50 times and I've never been disappointed. I would recommend trying the tomato soup and the capers/black olives spaghetti.

Best pasta in the area! Love their garlic olive oil pasta, The price is very worth it and the owner is very nice! Would especially come back to Guishan just to eat here again!

Order the baked penne with white sauce and it is literally mac and cheese. They speak enough English here to order in English, but there is no English menu. I think this is the best pasta restaurant in the area.
