English / Chinese If there's a dish I must choose to eat daily forever in my life, it will definitely be this fried beef cutlet. This restaurant is originally from Japan and ever since I've had it in Japan I could never get over how tasty it is. Their fried beef cutlet is only flash fried for 60 seconds and you can then grill it yourself to get your preferred doneness. I've tried medium rare and well done and both were equally good. The cabbage, miso soup and rice can be refilled all you want so it's very worth it for big eaters. This is absolutely the best food I have ever eaten in my life. If I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, I would definitely choose this fried steak. This is a fried beef restaurant from Japan. I have fallen in love with it since I tried it in Japan. The fried steak is not cooked yet, and you can grill it as much or as little as you like. Even if it's fully cooked, it's still delicious! Those who eat beef will regret it in their lives if they don’t try it.

The fried steak is worth to try out. Its extremely tender and flavorful with all the fat inside. And you get to cook to your own preference, but the staff did discourage to eat them raw, which is preferable to be cook well. Eating with or without the sauce, its still nice. (Note that the fats are injected inside it seem)

Amazing gyukatsu, on par if not beats those I had in Japan. You know it cannot be less than perfect when the restaurant only offer one single dish on the menu. Highly recommended! A must try in town.
