Awesome green onion pancake, a must visit in Yilan, but you need to visit by car. People are very friendly and service is really quick. Don't forget if you don't want egg you need to tell them. Add a bit of spicy sauce... it's delicious!!

I'm not really crazy about fry food. And I was pretty full when our local driver took us here. This is one of those neighborhood food store. They made them fresh. I watched her made it and it was delicious.
