Hospitality: 5/5 Feels like Grandma's cooking, everybody calls her ama (grandma) Cooking is passed down from generation to generation to ensure the consistency of the quality of the dishes. Ama doesn't use MSG, to let the freshness of the food shine. According to Ama, eating food cooked with MSG will make your lip bitter. They have a family boat, and catch all their own food. The quantity of food is outrageously good, more than you would expect, we had a lot of leftover food to take home. Price is reasonable Seaweed salad is guaranteed not to disappoint. Vegetarian dish (tofu) wasn't listed on the menu, but at request, she cooked the best tofu I've ever tasted. Fried noodle: Yummy. Kind of wish I ordered more plain white rice instead to highlight the vegetables and seafood 龙须菜: Tender, high quality, yummy Abalone: Tender and fresh. Cooked simply in boiling water. Lobster: Can't say much because I prefer crab. They add tofu and clams for sweetness. Cleanliness: Acceptable

The sea food is reasonable priced, and a grand mother served there is very assuring that you won't be overly charged. The sea food is good but they charged you NTD $150 for a pot of tea.
