So here's the deal. This is legit the best omakase in Taipei. The chef takes liberties with the treatment of the fish and flavors and it pays off. Worth the ~$100 USD for a meal that would easily be $250+ in San Francisco. Service is impeccable without being overbearing or intrusive, chef is cheerful and yet serious to his art. Only complaint...rice might fell apart a little too easily with the nigiri and there's just not enough stomach space for all of the deliciousness!!! Chef also speaks Japanese! Fun, delicious, don't miss.
