excellent place for a cool and refreshing dessert! place is in an alley but easy to find with google maps and the building’s bright blue wall makes it easy to spot. owner is super hospitable, welcoming, and kind. prices here are extremely reasonable. was here a few years ago and glad to see the quality is still superb - would definitely return again! there are some tables there under the shade with fans but you can also enjoy outdoors next to the blue wall. there’s a sink nearby so you can wash your hands before enjoying the perfectly flavored dessert. there is a public bathroom a short walk away.

The little shop is located at a small fish village. It’s famous for the Gelidium jelly, also known as Agar. It’s made from a kind of seaweed. The shop sells 1 for NT$30 or all you can drink for NT$50. The Mulberry Jelly is even better! Tasted so good with full of mulberries in it!

Best 石花凍 I've had so far in Taiwan, for only 30NT (吃到飽 / drink as much as you like if you stay in, or get a bigger cup to-go). Stop on by after walking around the beach for a refreshing fresh drink! (shíhuā dòng - an iced tea drink with jelly derived from locally-harvested algae)
