A delicious local shaved ice place. They also have home made special ice cream such as black tea or tieguanyin flavor. I also recommend their herbal tea. In general, every product is in place with fair price.

Both peanuts and red bean with milk ice cream were delicious! We came here twice during our three-day stay in Hualien because we wanted to try so many things. The shaved brown sugar ice was also very tasty. The red beans and home-made sweet potato balls on top of the ice were very good too. Don’t miss this place if you are nearby.
