Both a cute and delicious drink shop- There are also reusable cups available for purchase and they're shaped like bears which are really unique! From what I could see, I don't think there was an English menu, but it might just be only available by request. The workers are so incredibly sweet and happily recommended me a drink after I told them I prefer very sweet drinks. I would definitely come here again when I'm in the area!
