Good taste bubble milk tea as many other milk tea shop in TW. Abit difficult when communicating in English. I can feel their cònusing. Maybe they hardly get foreign customers here as the location is not popular for tourists. The price is acceptable. Can walk from the Hualien train station.

Great boba tea for the price of approx $1. We ordered a bubble milk tea and pointed to the Roselle tea on the board. This is where we learned that in Taiwan, Large is the only size and boba is free with purchase. The Roselle tea was too sour but the boba tea tasted pretty much like Kung Fu tea (my fav) back in the States.
