Came at 7.15pm. Boss personally prepared the food and explained every single dessert. Desserts were all well plated, tastes superb. The play between flavors, textures and temperature of the ingredients was sublime. Worth your trip here.

17 June - we arrived just as they opened and found one of the highlights to visiting Hualien. The entrance at first was a bit tricky to find but it was down a beautiful alleyway that used to have a train running through. Not to be mistaken as the cafe on the corner. Instead, this was right next to the white building, walking through a short garden, heading upstairs. The interior was very nice. We ordered their specialty, sweet scented osmanthus honey wine stuffed snowflake ice, and it reminded me of the Korean style bingsu - everything having a nice creamy taste and texture. Environment was very relaxing with the owner very friendly. Highly recommend especially on a hot summers day.
