As someone nonchalant towards sweet beverages and especially melon-flavoured ones, I was highly skeptical of the concept of winter melon tea. However, since we are at Tainan (and adore this historically and culturally rich city), we have to give this tea a go to pay tribute to Tainan’s food heritage. We got the 愛玉冬瓜茶 (NT25), which we enjoyed due to the aromatic winter melon taste and balanced sweetness. The aiyu jelly was an excellent accompaniment. I would voluntarily order this again.
