Anping District, Tainan City｜Nan Chuan Japanese Shaved Ice

We stumbled upon this place as we were walking down the street and saw a lot of people leaving. We thought we’d give it a try and ordered the strawberry shaved ice. We got our order in 5 mins! As I got our order the owner said he’d upgraded it to the strawberry flan shaved ice and welcomed my parents to Taiwan! Besides this being the MOST delicious shaved ice I’ve had since moving to Taiwan last summer we felt extremely grateful to have been welcomed so warmly. 10/10 must try!!! 謝謝老闆！很好吃

The owner is very friendly! The store very crowded but the owner control it very well. I ordered the taro and it was very delicious! The taro purée is the best. The mango ice also very nice!! The mango is very sweet. Will definitely come back.

Great place for shaved ice. About 2 km away from Anping fort so probably not easy to find and mostly visited by local people. Very good deal and helpful and nicest owner manager
