I went to the Shanghai Port Restaurant at Can Kun Building, Keelung Yiyi Road. It has a great sea view, and the food is delicious. The price is also good. Only the side dishes are a bit expensive. Haha (opposite to the Gendarmerie next to the Keelung City Hall)

I only buy Oolong Green Weiwei every time I come here, and I buy 5 cups at a time to take home and drink slowly with my family. The classic taste remains the same!
