Taiwan helped me to fall in love with tea, and after 5 years in Taiwan I can confidently say that Hisakawa is my new favourite. The staff are really friendly and a really nice seating atmosphere. Mmm. The white jelly they have is amazing 🤤 and goes well with all the different drinks they serve. Only think is I wish they had was an English menu. I’m sure it doesn’t really matter though since everything I’ve tried so far has been great. Highly recommended! 👍
