Relaxing cafe in what was a Japanese dormitory for Taiwan Rail employees. Nice yard too. Service might be a little slow since there’s only one lady running it though so skip if you’re in a rush

Japanese themed cafe, was a train employee dormitory, has a very relaxing atmoshphere! Very recommend! The staff also very friendly!
