Banqiao District, New Taipei City｜阿義腿庫餐館

Came to A-yi Banqiao outlet after a visit to the Lin's Mansion. We came before the store opened for service, the owners invited us to have a seat while waiting. This store serves in particular braised pig thigh rice, pork/chicken cutlet rice, either in a set meal with side vegetables or a lá carte. At approximately NTD 100 to 130 per set meal, it was well worth the 5 minutes walk from our landmark visit to the store, being an authentic dish in Taiwan. Chatted with the store owner, had a friendly conversation with her. Recommended store to visit if looking for a scrumptious lunch.
