Personally, 清心福全 is one of the best teashop I’ve tried in Taiwan, and I love this branch! The tea aroma is so special 🥺 and the toppings is spectacular!!!! You should definitely try 珍珠 and 粉條 here, it’s so chewy and flavorful (I’ve tried some other branches but this place is one of the best regarding its toppings) Lemon winter melon and oolong milk tea are a must try for me. The attitude of the employees is top notch 🙌 I saw some complaints about this problem so I’m not sure, but I usually come here in the night time.
