value proposition was amazing here. ordered a peanut snowflake ice (can choose 3 toppings: taro, black glutinous rice x 2) for TWD 60. the black glutinous rice was cooked until it was soft so there was none of the nutty texture. very good portion sizes. the peanut aroma was insufficient and cannot match the best peanut snowflake ices we have had. however, this gets full marks given the amazing value proposition. 5/5 very small store with maybe 10 seats. visit(s): 20200917
