Last night I was treated to my last hosted dinner of this trip. And boy didn't they go out with a bang! Korean seafood feast in a massive bubbling pot of golden goodness! Prawns, clams, fish, mussels, local Lobster, an array of mushrooms, noodles, shaven beef and pork slices, whole eggs in the shell, in a seafood broth that just developed and grew deeper as the night drew on. And just when you thought it was nearing its end, or comes a whole steamed stuffed chicken that goes into the middle to bible away slowly. My goodness, the flavour was incredible!
