Chicken rice and milkfish maw soup are my favorite Taiwanese snacks. This restaurant is well-made. The shallots on the chicken rice feel like they were fried by themselves. The finishing touch is that the fish maw soup is a bit oily, but it’s a compliment with soy sauce paste and wasabi.
