Reasonably priced makes it a must visit for local who miss taste HK. 流沙包 is very nice, the balance of 鹹蛋and the sweet custard, viscosity also right consistency, almost comparable to Sydney, where good dimsum sifu migrated in the 90s. 鹹水角 is nicely done with the right balance of filling with the both spongy & crunchy crust! Almost lick the plate off for the 廣洲炒面! Especially the lighter flavouring, makes the sauce not too overpowering and rob it of ingredients own taste, the lightly friend noodles that still retain its crunchiness while some part are beginninh to soften as it soak in the brilliant sauce that compliments the seafood. Do ask for the XO sauce, if you looking to slice things up, just a dash, especially with 炸兩！

Tastes great with cozy environment. Unlike those traditional dim sum, The flavor here is not too salty or too sweet but just good enough.

The proprietress's service is friendly, fried beef, fried radish cake, rice rolls, and pineapple oil are delicious
