Sanchong District, New Taipei City｜頂味執餃

Great, local joint serving noodles and dumplings. Honestly thought it was one of my favourite beef noodle soups of my vacation! Quick service and the waiters were very nice to explain everything.

The dumplings are delicious! The filling is super juicy, and you can taste the sweetness of the dish, and the skin tastes good too! The hot and sour soup is based on dried bonito fish, which is very flavorful. The sauce of the rice blood cake is seasoned with Sichuan peppercorns, which goes well with the coriander and peanuts, and the braised flavor is also good! Especially pork rinds!
