Easy and delicious special night snack must add chili and garlic!

I've never had 蛋包面 but it is legit. The restaurant proprietor was really nice and hooked me up with a free bag of tea. They have a 2nd floor if the 1st floor is too busy with a really cool elevator that takes your order up.
