Jiajiaxiang Potstickers, located near the fruit and vegetable market, is a shop I have been patronizing since I was a child. It's also near my home, so I often run over here when I can't think of anything to eat. I really like the crispy skin of this restaurant (others like Sihai and Bafang are similar in texture and have the same texture...in conclusion, they have a relatively flat texture) Every time I come here, I go up to the floor-to-ceiling windows on the second floor, which is also a feature of the store. The interest in appreciating the scenery on the road and the delicious food also comes into my mind.

Best potstickers around, crispy and juicy. The hot and sour soup is neither sour nor spicy, it's more like...big stew soup.
