I miss the taste of Tainan, but the noodles are oily, have a strong powdery flavor, and are overall sour. I still have to go to Tainan.

The kidneys fried in sesame oil are just right, crispy but not old. Stir-fried sweet potato leaves is my favorite flame-grilled flavor, it tastes right
