These were hands down the best pepper buns I've tried in Taiwan. One of the original places that's been around for decades and is very famous. Perfectly cooked and lightly toasted, not BURNT like all the other supposedly famous places I've tried. People line up and wait for the next batch and when they come out they are usually all gone and the lineup starts again.

Hidden in the alley as show in the picture, the pork bun is yummy though it has a bit too much pepper. Don’t miss having it when visiting Longshan Temple😍👍👍👍
