Wanhua District, Taipei City｜Niu Dian Beef Noodles

By far the best beef noodle we had in Taipei, Taiwan, you may think another Michelin overhype restaurant, you are dead wrong ! The beef noodle here is something you have to try while visiting here. Meat is so tender, it is effortless to even eat it. The soup, oh god, is so tasty. My bowl was cleaned dry at the end of the meal. I ordered the soup with a little chilli paste to give that kick to the taste bud. You won’t regret it. The interior is like wow… playing classical music (classy feel to match with the interior) at the background which you won’t find it in any beef noodle restaurant. It may seems a little bit at the high side, around 2 times more than your average beef noodle, but is worth the try. Worth visiting again ❤️

Be prepared to wait for a table. Highly recommend their beef shank, tripe and tendon. They were so tender. Also love their gherkin (pickled cucumber) and heated fried bean curd (braise beancurd).
