Wanhua District, Taipei City｜萍姊酸菜麵(原萬國酸菜麵)

This restaurant serves traditional Taiwanese foods. It looks like a family business. This place is east to find. They don’t have menu in English. However, they have pictures to choose your food. I went here for breakfast. We ordered two bowls of noodles. Dry noodles with fried kimchi and minced pork, Noodles with soup, fried kimchi and omelette on top. The noodles look homemade/Handmade. It’s soft and easy to eat. The soup was freaking delicious. You can also add some sauce if you want more flavors for your noodles. They have sriracha, garlic sauce, and unknown sauce. We didn’t have a chance try their wontons. We read it’s their signature food. If you’re traveling Taipei and you want to try traditional foods, I suggest stopping by this place. This restaurant has limited seats. I paid cash, I am not sure they accept cards or digital payments. 💯👍🏻👌🏻

The ground floor is the kitchen. Grab the order slip and table number at the side, then climb the steep stairs to the second floor where the dining area is. Very nice noodles.

It’s so interesting to know a noodles shop open in the early morning!
