Zhongzheng District, Taipei City｜Jiushi Niu Beef Noodle Restaurant

First time visiting this restaurant. The food here has become my favourite beef noodle in Taiwan! Thin noodle go so well with the soup, the soup is sort of herbal-y but not too much, goes smooth in the mouth, and the main character - beef, very very tender and juicy! This is an extremely pleasant surprise for me and my boyfriend. We were just nearby looking for something to eat after running an errand. Didnt expect that we love the food here after first try. One highlight was they serve beef butter (or fat) which add more umami to the soup 😍😍 Highly recommended to people who are beef noodle lovers 😍😍

Very tasty beef noodle stall here. The soup is clear and the taste is no greasy. They don't sell drinks but allow you to bring in outside food. Anyway, there are a drink shop opposite them that you can buy.

Normal size beef noodle has a light tasty broth, rich in stewed flavor but not greasy ~ the thick noodles have a satisfying chew that will give a good mouthfeel 😋 and the thick beef chunks are a mix of tender and also chewy!! Super Q~~~ and the side dishes for 30nt are yummy, favorite is the fragrant thin pork belly slices 😍 and the owners are so friendly ~~~ make sure to add three table condiments of vinegar, chilli oil paste and spicy beef fat!!
