Zhongzheng District, Taipei City｜Zhongyuan Fuzhou Dry Noodles

Great breakfast in Taipei. They have no English menu, but you can show photo from google map to order. I recommended fish ball, tofu and noodles. Sellers are nice, when they knew that we were Thai. They said "Sawasdee ka". So impressive. 🥰

This is truly one of my best breakfast experience in Taipei!!! They have no english menu but the aunty was so nice and helpful! I really really love this place. If you come here, go for the dry noodle, they’re very springy and aromatic with shallot and lard oil, and then you can sprinkle it with their amazing pickled veggie and dreamy chilli! lovely! And then also order some side dishes, i particularly lovveee the pig’s ear, it sounds disgusting but they prepared it impeccably, the ears were very clean and crispy and extremely flavorful. The pork soup for me was so-so in flavour, but it was a nice way to smooth everything down. Please don’t miss this place for an authentic, un-fancy and no-frill Taipei breakfast experience.

The wonton soup here is among one of the best in town. The dry noodles are about average. Overall, I would keep going back there for the soups.
