My favorite red braised beef noodle soup place in 🇹🇼 Taiwan! My go to spot and sooo much better than the place across the street! They have the best broth - Plus they give you free extra noodles (ask them when you order) and have awesome small plates! Definitely worth checking out!! 🍜😄

A good friend bring me here for a local authentic taste. The beef noodles delicious till we finished the soup. Also various side dishes. All is good! Yum 😋

The first taste maybe bland but after a few spoon, you can taste the original flavor. What I meant flavor is the beef broth and not heavy seasoning. The beef is superb, so tender and juicy. The noodles might be hard because they are handmade and no chemical added. The commercial noodles that you get in market are soft because are process by machine and added other stuff. Their business motto are: 1. Use the famous handmade noodle 2. Use the best premium beef 3. No preservatives 4. No artificial seasoning or bleach Price TWD220, I think it's reasonable because they put in a lot of beef . My friend told me this is not the most expensive beef noodle somewhere price TWD1000.
