Wanhua District, Taipei City｜Xiao Wu Beef Noodles

Had the 中 ( medium size ) beef noodle soup. Paid 110 NTD for this version. Very nice texture of the noodles. The broth is amazingly flavourful. The meat is tender and tasty. You can add a little bit of the beef fat by the table to enhance the flavour even more. The pickled mustard leaves are nice too. Overall a very nice Taiwanese Beef Noodle experience.

Super CP value, 120 yuan for a large bowl.
