Best noodle texture! And the tofu skins side is 'chef's kiss'! We got the hot sour soup and a beef noodle soup - both absolutely delicious. Medium is a very generous serving. Service was friendly and efficient. The also provide a couple house made condiments. The aroma was so enticing that I didn't think to take a picture until we were almost finished. What you see is the hot sour soup and the remains of two ultra tasty sides- beef noodle already disappeared.
