The stewed soup is different from other stores that use a lot of ginger or green onions to remove the fishy smell. Instead, it has a very fresh aroma and style. You can drink up the whole bowl of soup without feeling any burden on your mouth or body. The shop chooses thin noodles, which are not too soft after absorbing the soup, and the taste is very harmonious. As soon as the beef noodles were on the table, the big and thick beef tendon completely caught my attention. It was soft but not rotten and still had a bit of chewiness. The meat had a stronger ginger flavor than the soup. After eating the whole bowl, I feel that the two veins of Ren and Du have been opened up. The softness and firmness of the tea jelly are well adjusted, and it tastes very refreshing, but the syrup on the tea jelly adds to the aroma of the tea. After eating it on a hot day, the heat will disappear.
