More Comments at Google MapThe noodles look thin but have a good chewy texture. They don't look very good but the taste is not bland at all. It has just the right amount of lard flavor + saltiness and you can also taste the aroma of the noodles themselves. There is a bottle of balsamic vinegar and two cans of chili sauce with different spiciness next to it (it is probably fermented and has the aroma of fermented bean curd). There are many different flavors that can be combined here. For boys, the small bowl is definitely not enough, so you can just win. I originally wanted to order egg-packed fish balls (1 egg bun, 2 fish balls), which can be mixed with egg juice and dry noodles, but they were not available, so the store asked me to order egg-drop fish balls. The egg drop is delicate and silky, although the soup has no flavor - but if you don't have egg-wrapped fish balls, I feel like you can just order the fish balls, because the egg drop is more expensive than the fish balls (mainly for those who are on a budget) The fish balls are Fuzhou fish balls, filled with meat filling. The filling is very fragrant, but the outer layer of the fish balls tastes a bit mushy (I guess it is the starch gelatinized after the fish balls are coated with flour and cooked, which I personally don’t like) , but still delicious.
I come here at least once every time I visit family. My mom has been eating at this place since she was little (back then it was just a stall). I always get the noodles with a bowl of soup and the fish balls.
One of the kind. Very classic, very clean, very traditional, very delicious. Simply order the dry noodle at the size you wanna enjoy, and the egg plus fish ball soup. Then you go. Side dishes are also very good, but the classic dry noodle and soup are simply the best to me.
